Amir Baruch

I've spent my career around things that move.

Bolt, SAP, TomTom, Telenav, …now Stellantis.

What I do: bring the consumer playbook to automotive. Modern, impact-based product practices that turn traditional teams into AI-powered builders.

Somewhere between the code and the roadmap I found the spot I like best: close enough to the tech to be dangerous, close enough to the customer to know what matters.

This blog is my notebook. I write about AI workflows, coding agents, and building real things. The thesis is simple: PMs need to be technical enough to lead product teams. That means devs too.

The contrarian bit: everyone says PMs should stay out of the code. I think that's backwards. My best product calls came from understanding what the machine can actually do.

Day job: Director of Product Management (Geo, Maps and Agentic AI) at Stellantis. Mapping platforms across 12 automotive brands, leading a team of PMs.

Here: learning in public. Sometimes wrong in public too.
